For this reason, OriginJDM operates on a structured deposit model to ensure specification accuracy, secured allocation, and responsible international procurement.

Why Deposits Are Required
Deposits allow us to secure production allocation, lock in confirmed specifications, commit to supplier purchase, and coordinate international freight.
Once an order is placed with the manufacturer or distributor in Japan, it cannot be cancelled without financial consequence.

Card and PayPal payments may incur processing fees. All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of many products:
- Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier
- Specification changes may not be possible after confirmation
- Cancellation requests are subject to supplier approval
