Refund policy

1. Special Order Nature

Most products are Special Order Goods.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.


2. Major Failures

Under Australian Consumer Law:

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure.

You are entitled to repair or replacement for non-major failures.


3. Incorrect or Defective Goods

If goods materially differ from confirmed invoice specification:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photographic evidence

  • Do not install goods

Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.


4. Transit Damage

Retain packaging and notify us immediately.

Failure to report promptly may affect claim eligibility.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary by provider.

Non-ACL refunds may be subject to deduction of transaction and banking fees.
