Made-to-Order & Special Procurement
Many products supplied by OriginJDM, including wheels from RAYS, Advan and WORK are manufactured to specification or sourced specifically to your confirmed configuration.
As a result, change of mind returns are generally not accepted once an order has been placed with the supplier.
All specifications are confirmed prior to deposit.
Change of Mind
Due to the customised and international nature of our supply model:
- Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production or allocation has commenced
- Special-order configurations are not eligible for return
We strongly encourage customers to confirm fitment and specification prior to proceeding.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Incorrect Supply
If goods supplied differ materially from your confirmed invoice specification, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Transit Damage
If items arrive damaged, retain all packaging and contact us immediately with supporting photographs.
Assessment
We will coordinate assessment with the manufacturer or freight provider and advise next steps promptly.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products supplied by OriginJDM are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty terms vary depending on brand and product type.
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval. We facilitate communication and documentation on your behalf.
Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Track or competition use (unless specified)
- Impact damage
- Normal wear and tear

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian law.
Returns Process
If you believe there is an issue with your order:

- Provide photographs and a description of the issue
- Await confirmation before returning any goods
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
