- Hub Bore: all WRX STI generations use a 56.1mm hub bore. Most aftermarket Japanese wheels feature a larger centre bore, so hub-centric rings are recommended to ensure the wheel is correctly centred.
- Guard Clearance: wheel width, tyre size, ride height and alignment all influence clearance. Aggressive setups—particularly 18x10J or wider with offsets below +35—often require additional negative camber and rear guard rolling or pulling.
